Loved the conversation about the retail game going online. Kenny's mid sentence revelation hit the nail on the head. What Games Workshop's move lets me do is support my local game store without putting the burden on them to take custom orders or stock the entire GW product range, which takes waaay to much space. Essentially, I can take care of telling them what to order and when.
This might just be my experience but my FLGS sucks at taking special orders which drives me online. Once I'm online I'm going for the dirtiest, cheapest deal I can find, forget who I'm supporting. It's not that I want to, it's just they are space constrained and plagued by a bad memory/ lack of organization. Cool beans.
